      The "Coaching History" project creates an environment in which the profession can see itself. We explore the origins of approaches, philosophy and methodology, the connection with cultural and management practices.

      We perceive the present and the future as history that we live, not only predict, but also shape!

      In the "Coaching History" project, we do not look for one truth, but create conditions for an open dialogue between coaching cultures so that differences work for transparency, mutual understanding and development.

      Our mission is to reflect and analyze the history of coaching, to map directions, specializations and areas of application. We help the professional community better understand what coaching is based on, where it is moving and what opportunities it opens up.
      About the event

      What is the Symposium and what is it for?

      The Symposium, which kicks off the project, is the first step towards creating an Atlas Map of Modern Coaching. It is also a time and space for a community to ask questions, conduct research, launch innovations and support the development of original approaches.


      We invite everyone who wants to not just practice, but understand, develop and shape the future of the profession.


      Symposium sessions and talks are dynamic, interactive events focused on exploring the roots, current and future trends, opportunities and challenges facing participants. The sessions allow participants to not only understand the current changes in their field, but also develop strategies to help them adapt and thrive.


      How do Symposiums work and what do they give to participants?

      At the beginning of the meeting, participants exchange information about current trends, problems and opportunities. This may include analysis of statistics, expert panels and identification of significant changes in the industry.


      Challenges and Storming

      Next, participants discuss current challenges they face in their practice, exchange opinions, share experiences and explore possible solutions. This format promotes engagement and stimulates creative thinking.


      Scenarios

      Based on the discussions and findings, participants move on to developing future scenarios. This stage involves formulating scenarios for the development of future events and analyzing their impact on the market for helping practitioners. This will allow participants to prepare for different situations and adapt to changes.


      Roadmaps

      The next step is to create roadmaps that participants plan to implement in their practice. Having a clear roadmap increases the motivation and confidence of participants in their actions. At the end of the sessions, we summarize, where we highlight the insights, key findings and main ideas discovered during the event.


      How to implement your updated plans?

      The symposium sessions do not end at the event. Participants have the opportunity to continue communicating through the project platform to share successes, exchange ideas and support each other in the process of implementing new strategies. This long-term approach creates strong bonds between colleagues and promotes the development of a professional community.
